Tanung ko lang po kung anung tawag dun sa document "Father consent to allow the child to live with the Mother in canada"

Yong kaibigan ko po kac yong mga anak nya apelyido ng tatay ang gamit and hindi sila kasal naging common law sila before pero hindi na ngayon.

So yong document bang yon required na agad pag submit ng Permanent resident application. Nakalagay po kac sa Document checklist. "Custody papers for dependent children from a previous marriage or relationship" anu po ba tawag ng document na to sa pilipinas?, written consent with signature po ba is enough?

Hi po, friend ko nasa Alberta, Edmonton since 2010 as LIC, meron bang case na denied ang application for pr kahit nag submit na siya ng application for pr noong 2013, halos mag tatlong taon na siyang nag aantay, hanggang ngayon wala pa din, pero sabi niya open work permit na siya noong 2013 pa. meron pala siyang dependent, anak niya lalaki 9 yrs old at single mom. please advise po. maraming salamat.

I'm kinda surprise that they changed the date of my "started processing your application" thingy. Instead of Dec. 04, 2013 it is now Sept. 11, 2012. That's weird! Check yours too and please share your on-line services status. Thank you

same as ours. before it was DEC 2013.. what is the latest or the last part of your in process status? is it looks like this WE SENT CORRESPONDENCE .... ? i checked our ecas today and the last part is medical results have been received though our medical was expired last oct 1 2015...

Hi Wanderlust, there were changes to my ecas dates too, on both received and started processing dates.

It's now DM. Waiting for interview schedule now.

Thank you Wanderlust. .. it aint over yet.. Hintay pa rin ng interview sched and then visa ng dependent.
Good thing tho, sa approval letter may instructions na to send the passport prior to interview.
