cutepinay...hehehehhehe...stick to your plan...time is gold importante lng naman married ka pag apply mo ng pr para kahit later on pagnagpa amend ka ng pr card mo, pwede pa rin kasi nangyari naman ang kasal before ng pr status mo e...sa nabasa ko is after pa ng pr status...anyways, ok lng yan advance ka mag isip...ako nga minsan iniimagine ko palng andito na hubby ko, ang saya saya ko na at may kasama pang kilig!
krincyreia, make sure naka 24 months ka or 3900 hrs work bago magpasa ng papers mo for pr...start reading sa checklist para ma prepare mo na ang requirements at makagawa ng timetable...

Hi sana makatulong ito...Went home last Dec. 17 got married By Jan.15,2013..Before getting married you and future husband should get Cenomar at NSO then apply for Marriage License at LCR and you have to wait 10days before getting married.pag umuwi ka you need to get also Exit clearance at POEA ang kelangan mo dun Work permit,LMO,Contract,Passport and Visa..If you change employer here in Canada you need to verify your employment here at POLO you need to get another verification of employment kelangan nila sa POEA..

salamat sa payo notsniw now nagapply na un hubby ko ng Cenomar namin dalawa at un ibang mga kailangan pa para nga paguwi ko eh un seminar nalang ang ggawin namin para mahabol na mapasa agad sa nso kasi gusto ko pagbalik ko dito ng canada eh dala kona un nso mariage certificate namin para pag inadd ko sya sa PR application ko .. ano pala un LCR ??? so far sgro wla naman ako maging problema sa poea di naman ako ng change ng employer and complete ko na un mga list na binigay mo thanks

also sa other question mo kakapasa ko lang din ng PR application ko last May .... pero diko na aadd ang bf ko since ndi kami pasok sa common law partner dahil di naman akmi ng live in or kahit fiance since long time bf ko lang sya for 6 years kaya ...eto naisip namin na magpaksal na paguwi ko para pagbalik ko dito ma add on ko sya sa pr application ko

Cutepinay..all I know ha hindi mo pwede ihabol ung hubby mo sa PR application mo pagbalik mo..you can only apply him for PR pag PR ka narn..pero twgan mo nlng CIC call centre to make sure kng pwede ung ganun

pwede po notsniw ... i have researched napo about that and madame nadin nagturo sakin pano ang gagawin ko pwede ka mag add on ng dependents mo as long as dipa nagkakaroon ng decision sa papers mo

After applying for Permanent Residence - Adding a Family Member (Add-on)
A *family member of the principal applicant could be added at a later date, even if he was listed as a non-accompanying dependant in the initial application. However, it is not possible to add a family member to an application if the final decision has been made by the office processing the application.
To add a person to your application, you have to download, fill out, validate and print the following forms from our website (for more details on these forms, please follow the instructions provided in the Guide) and send them to the office that is holding your file:
A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008);
(If applicable) A new Schedule A - Background/Declaration Form (IMM 5669);
(If applicable) A new Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP);
and
The add-on request including:
your client identification (ID) number;
a detailed letter of explanation;
a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship; and
the proof of payment.

thanks krincyreia yah yah naghhanap na nga ako ng magandang dates at flight nakakaexcite ahihi...oh tlga mas mura pala hmm search ko nga pano kmuha ng oec dito ... kasi nakita ko pag sa poea eh nasa 3000 din ata pala lahat lahat maggastos eihh ....hmmmm

I just called Philippine consulate dito sa toronto, ung fee daw for OEC is $2.75 un lang, unlike kung kukuha sa poea meron pang kasama n pag ibig and owwa fee kya mlaki ung babayaran,
