Live in Caregiver

Hello,

I need assistance in understanding what is needed for a live in caregiver to work in Canada. If I understand correctly an LMIA is needed in addition to a work permit. What I am not sure about is where the work permit needs to be sent to if the worker lives in Canada but has a study permit.

You cannot have two permits at the same time if you are a student with a study permit and applying for a work permit. But if you are allowed to work full-time per your study permit, you can accept LIMA-related job offers.

If the employer who is hiring you as a worker with LMIA is a student ...I don't know how that works....
