hi im in the same situation too.. planning to get married while PR is on process. is it really ok?

it is ok but cic confimed one thing that..

it is not possible to add a family member to an application if the final decision has been made by the office processing the application.

i havent submit my PR yet. im going to apply this month the approval in principle is the first stage right? do you know how long it will take. during this time i can still add a dependents.
