Live in caregiver (PR - OWP)

Hello,
I'm a live in caregiver in BC and I applied for Permanent Residency and Open Work Permit in November 2011. I'd like to know when am I getting OWP or the approval in principle of the PR, I'm not 100% sure but I think I need one of those documents to be able to move out and find a different job. Being a live in caregiver hasn't been a pleasant experience for me but I want to do the right thing before I move out because I invested lots of time and hard work. I'd like to organize myself and plan.
I would really appreciate the information you can give me.

i still have no idea but i have a question. im having a hard time answering my OWP, what did you indicate in question #3 and how about prospective employer do i have to indicate one :-[ thanks!!!!
