This letter refers to your application for permanent residence under the Live-in Caregiver Class.
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident status as a Member of the Live-in Caregiver Class. However, a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements have been met. If applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, must pass medical and background checks even if they are not applying to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident until you and your family members have passed the medicals and background checks.
A final decision will be made once all requirements have been met.
Passports for yourself and your family members must be valid for the duration of your stay in Canada.

that is standard letter and the operative word is "if applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, must pass medical and background checks even if they are not applying to join you in Canada at this time."
you are single which means no dependents/family members sponsored in home country for medical/background checks. you just got your approval in principle, next is final pr approval letter and schedule of landing interview.

questions asked at landing interview:
1. Are you currently living at the address shown on the COPR;
2. Do you have any dependent children currently living inside or outside Canada;
3. Have you committed any crimes or have been deported by Immigration Canada?
* After you've answered the questions, the immigration officer will ask you to sign the COPR. He/she will then attach your photo to one copy and give you another.
* You will then be congratulated for officially becoming a permanent resident of Canada.
* The whole landing interview process will take about 1 hour. The interview with the immigration officer, will only take 10 minutes.
