hello po,, I would like to ask those who have received a letter for additional documents what does these mean:

My father (LC2) is required to submit the following:
1. pre and post natal care documents for daughter and mother
2. joint affidavit of 2 witnesses
3. affidavit of delayed registration

I would suggest that your family member in Canada should call CIC and clarify those additional documents they've asked you to submit.It is always best to talk to them if there's something confusing.

email and I am confused about there medical examination
do I need to wait for the medical referral of my dependants
before they can proceed to their medical???

My friend received that same request, kit and medical exam..Problem is,the medical referral isn't included in the letter so she called CIC and they said she HAS TO COMPLETE the forms and send to CIC when done WITHOUT undergoing medical yet.They said they will email the medical referral at a later date and once they've reviewed the rest of the forms.So perhaps you should call the CIC too and we will see if they will tell you the same thing.

Actually others did the upfront medical without the referral cause u received i guess the 3 in 1? they just send a copy of the letter that LC1 received to their dependent and bring it to the designated doctors. you can't submit thee whole application without the medical. Me i called the cic and request for the MR and they send it to me in my email and snail mail at the same time after 2 days. Better to have the form coz the form is automatically filled up including their UCI number that u will use also on the PR forms which is one application and UCI for each dependent.

yung iba kasi hindi ko masyado gets.

Yes some agent are not helpful if you encounter like that end the call and dial again. Just let them know that u rvcd the kit and written there u can't submit the application if it is incomplete and there no MR. Inform them ur requesting the MR and tell them what cic centre is requesting and you only have 90 days to comply or they will refuse or deny your application.Ask them if they can send it to you through email or in my case they sent the MR both email and regular mail but faster if email in two days after calling i have the mr in my inbox and i print them out and brought to the doctor along with the other medical requirents.

thanks po.. last yr march pndalan kmi ng sulat ng canada then send daw nmin ttru email ung uci ng mom q and other info smin once lng daw tpus the whole yr no reply tpus last month isinend ulit ng kua q ung info then ngreply n nsa veg. AB n daw ung papers nmin and tpus n daw s manila ung processing. anu pong ssunod dun? kz po antgal hehe

o my gee...akala ko nahuli na ako i am am june 2011 tapos mom mo jan2011...? siguro magkapareho kami ng mom mo ng officer na nakahawak....keep praying sana maliwanagan ang pag iisip ng mga immig officers sa mga paghihirap nating lahat....sakripisyo sa araw araw....
