ang LC1 ko nga bago maka enter ng CANADA when she was still applying for live-in caregiver 2 times sya nadeny, then before pa xa makapag apply ng PR almost 3 years din...then ngayon naman elegibility na and still waiting pa rin ang family member nya sa Application forms...
masyado nila pinahirap. before application forms for family members eh di napakahirap...way back 1999 when my mother received the approval in canada there's no problem na nakareceive kami ng application kit...

what do u mean jebok? nag PR mother mo pero that time hindi kana dependent children that's why di ka nagkarun ng status as PR sa canada?jebok79 said:
I was a permanent resident in canada po way back po 1999-2004 sponsored by my mother then nagkaproblem po ako humarap po ako sa different immigration hearings in between that time, para di mablock listed sa bansa my lawyer advise to voluntary go back home and re apply my wife as a live-in caregiver,,so far naman po ay nkapagtiis kame ng ilang taon na..and now my LC1 po ay elegibility na yung application form naman po ang until now ay wala pa rin kame.....this is way way too much!!!!!
same din tyo. 3 years din inabot ng mother ko (LC1) bago maka apply ng PR. mag 1 year palang appli namin. mejo matagal pa bago mag LC2 kit. sana mabawasan g 1 year ang processing time ng PR nG LCP. malpit ng election sa canada kaya medyo magpapabango na naman si poging kenney. hahahjebok79 said:

Seems like CIC stop processing again????? Where are the first week April 2011 applicants? Any first stage approval letter yet?

Her Open work permit received on May 2012 but will be expired on June 2013 same with her passport. She got a new passport (renewed) and she would like to renew her OPW.
