Try sending email to CIC manila manil.immigration@international.gc.ca ask them for a medical refferal, dont worry as soon as your mom recieves a letter from CIC here, Its already her PR interview. And yes unfortunately we are covered by the 38 months processing times now. We cant do anything but wait and pray. Im sure you will be reunited with your mom very soon. Im Nov 2010 applicant and i just receive my first stage approval last week also. 26 months of waiting my dependent did not receive a kit yet.

I am an August applicant 2010. Dont worry guys. I received kits LIC2 only on December 2012, and then just in 1 month (on Jan 2013) medical exams for my family. Time between LIC2 and medical just 1 month, but you have to sens a LIC2 back to embassy ASAP (I did it in 25 days). They working fast now (even it was a Christmas time, but they are working fast). Now we are waiting for medical results (it takes 10-15 days). My son had a medical on Feb 4th 2013.

I actually made my own background dec and my husband too. till now no response yet from cic etob..my work permit is already expired and no OWP receive. But I went to MP( Members of the Parliament) for assistance hoping that they can help out.

Hello. I just opened my email earlier. I received an email coming from the embassy. AND OH MY GOSH!!! THEY SEND ME A FORM IMM1017!
"MEDICAL EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS"

Hi guys. I just check my ecase and it says decision made and the sent me a letter February 12. To God be the glory. I am December 31, 2010 and married. The last of it lol. So all the 2011 applicants take courage cause they are FINALLY done with 2010. I do hope the rest of the process goes quickly n processing time speed up now. All the best to everyone here.
