@zneth..it is not yet the end of the game.God has another great plan for you.Just an advice..do reapplication.My aunt in the Philippines was refused and did reapplication after a month LMO was released and another month she got her positive visa.she didnt undergo medical anymore as her medical is still valid.she took the speaktest as required in the phil.it only took 2months.zneth if you dont mind,what is the reason why you were refused?there is still a chance..

Same case with my auntie.her boss submitted all the proof of their financial stability.they were surprised of the refusal because its their 2nd time to hire a live in caregiver.they tried to appeal but failed they were advise to reapply and the process is so fast.zneth this is just a trial..i hope the cic will consider the appeal and will result a positive one.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Don't lose hope. I was refused also on my first application but I reapply again while my LMO has not been expired and fortunately I made it for the second time. But I think make an appeal takes a lot of time than re-application but be sure to check the financial status of your employer. May I ask how many children needs the caring? Did your employer submit directly the proof of income to CIC? The CIC will not refuse if they did not see anything wrong with the documents.
But don't lose hope. God has a perfect timING. There is a reason for everything.

I told to my agency that i wil@ reapply but my lmo is oxpired already..they refer me again a new employer..but the question.is maybe om.not qualofied anymore because of there new rules

Then maybe im not qualified anymore coz the new,rules there.no more 72 units.. omg... my agent is useless..ill,pay them 5k hkd they just only did is to print out the form and ask me to sign up...

Don't say MALAS. It was just a trial. So you have an agency that gave you an employer or direct employer?, have you talked to your employer personally on the phone or even in email. What I know in the new rules, you can still apply for caregiver even you have only 72 units but you can't apply for permanent residence. Yo have only 2 years to work in Canada. Your agent must check the proof of income beforE they submitted. Anyway, God will make a way. Just trust HIM.

Zneth try to talk to your employer regarding reapplication.if there is no problem with you..reapplication is okay but your employer needs to prove they are financially stable to hire you and it will not take long time to wait as what i have heard from the ones who reapplied and the cic already reviewed your documents.dont lose hope..try again..
It seems you are a direct hired and asked an agency to pass all the documents.The agency is trying to offer you another employer for them to collect more money.I really hope your employer will agree with reapplication.

Hi since your LMO is expired you can't re-apply anymore using that LMO. Make an appeal is your way to be in old rules. Then if your employer is willing to renew the ĹMO which is now LMIA you will now be under the new rules, if you have only 72 units you can still apply as a caregiver but you will not be qualified for permanent residence unless you will study one year In Canada which is very expensive and need to take IELTS. But If I were you seek the advise of an Immigration Consultant not just with the agency there in HK. God will make a way, just trust. I know what you feel because I have been there.
