Actually, I sent my application package without any consultancy or agency. I browsed the website wherein I can get some ideas on how to complete my application and sent it. Finally, I was overjoyed when I received an email from the embassy with receipts and application number. Wait mo lang sayo. malapit na yon.

Mostly 12 to 18 mos talaga ang processing ng mga documents, but nung ako i submitted it may 2011, speaktest ng december 2011, got the result by feb then medical ng march, then may dumating n visa ko, make sure n complete lhat ng requirements/documents n isusubmit nyo para walang delay n hindi n pabalik blik if ever...

Ako naman Sept. 2012 ako nag apply, tinawagan ako CEM na January '13 pa sila nagpadala ng mail thru postal mail. Follow up ko daw yun dun pero wala talaga. But the good thing is, binigyan nila ako ng FILE NUMBER directly thru call.

Sana naman paramdam na sila sa Speak Test, or di kaya personal interview kasi nag submit ako ng IELTS ko.

Hintay lang kayo, while waiting review na rin kayo for your speaktest d naman actually mahirap pero once nandun na sobrang pressure coz you'll never know what questions ang matatapat sa'yo, dapat focus lang,,,,

Pa help naman po sa mga forms. Confused kasi ako sa Checklist ng Live in Caregiver. Per the checklist, in total, we have to submit (5) forms????

1) Application form IMM1295B - (the same with IMM1295E)
2) Live-in caregiver Supplementary Information - I've searched hi and low, but couldn't find this form. Saan po ba makikita ang form na ito? Can you please provide me the link to download?
3) Live-in caregiver additional information - I believe I have this already
4) Family Information form (IMM5465)
5) Additional Form for Live in caregiver

@Cookie27 same tayo ng problem.. dumating na kasi yung LMO ng kapatid ko, hindi ko rin makita yung supplementary information and yung additional information (if magkaiba sila nung additional form) please let me know kung nahanap mo na

nung nag-apply ba kayo ng work permit may pinasa din kayong live-in caregiver supplementary information?
same lang bayung live-in caregiver additional information sa live-in caregiver additional form?
sa checklist kasi magkahiwalay sila

help naman guys.. pinasusubmit ko na kasi agad sa kapatid ko yung application nya ngayung June.. dahil nga matagal ang processing sa pinas ng LCP..

Hi! Kasusubmit ko lng ng apllication last may 2, bale ang sinabi lang nung call center agent sa CEM ay 3 forms yung 1. IMM1295 (much better kung through computer kau mag fill up whic is yung meron barcode para less errors, just make sure na navalidate nio ung form before iprint). 2. Family Information Form. 3. Additional Form for Live In Caregivers (consist of 3 pages). Kung magsusubmit kau ng application much better through courrier. Tatawag kayo sa call center then set kau ng appointment kelan nio ipapick up yng mga documents nio. Sasabihin naman lahat ng mga requirements na dapat niong ipasa. Good luck po satin. God bless.

hi cookie27. Complete na ba yung forms mo? Kakapass ko lng last month ng application ko at yung hiningi sakin ng call center agent ay 3 forms lang 1. IMM1295 ( much better kung sa computer ka fill up means may barcode para less errors.) 2. Family Information. 3. Additional For for Live In Caregiver(consist of 3 pages, I think wala na ung firm na yun ngayon sa site nila). About naman dun sa Live In Caregiver Supplementary Information ndi nako nag pasa kc tinanong ko maigi kung kelangan ba yun and she said ndi na daw yun kelangan. Kapag complete na application mo mas mabuti na tru courrier mo send, coz I did the same thing. Kuha ka lang ng appointment then sasabihin sau kung ano mga dapat mong isubmit. I hope na nakatulong ako. Keep on praying lang tayo for smooth process of our applications. God bless us all!
