Hello everyone, I'm a little confused about the requirement of self-employed individual .
1> can self-employed individual do the Express entry visa application ?
2> I'm 36 years old, self employed individual with 3 years of experience in UK, Art high school diploma and IELTS 6.5 , I'm married and my husband ( 43years ) is a chef from 6 years with IELTS too , I'd like to move my studio in Vancouver ....in your opinion, is possible get the visa?
I have to show them my invoices ? I never work for Canada , only with USA...let me know pleaseeee :)

Sorry, but I'm afraid you have a slim chance of getting through Express Entry because of your age, education, and language result. The EE scoring system favors applicants in their late 20s with post-graduate degrees and CLB 9 language results.

Your husband may actually have a better shot because he is a chef, either by looking for an employer there or looking for a provincial nomination program that may have chefs in their in-demand occupations list.

I don't think a high school diploma would qualify for any of the economic immigration programs for Canada. You need an undergraduate degree as a minimum.
