Not sure about the first two questions. But I know the driver's license issue depends on which province you intend to reside at. For Ontario, you have 60 days validity of your foreign driver's license, after which you must have a Canadian driver's license to drive.

1- Raised a CSE. 2- Uploaded in MyCIC the same receipts, plus a letter of explanation. 3- Emailed directly my visa office with the receipts and the letter of explanation. Haven't received any reply to anything. I just received PPR directly.

PPR received today! Wait time after RPRF is 63 days! I hope you all get it soon enough, it is a highly recommended relief indeed!!

I think all those status changes greatly depend on your local visa office, your application class (PNP, CEC, FSW etc.) and whether you are an outlander or an inlander. So if you want to capture a pattern, I suggest you look at those similar to you.

Since I was instant messaging with him, I can pitch in here: His BGC changed from "Not needed at this time" to "In Progress" and he received the PPR mail the same day.

Just received a ghost e-mail about a status update from donotreply@cic.gc.ca. This happened following today's CSE I raised about the repeat RPRF request I received yesterday.
