I prepared the following format for the list of Goods and Goods to Follow list. Please have a look and let me know if this is OK...

S. No.ItemsDescriptionQuantityCDN
1
Clothing
2
Shoes
3
Jewellery*
4
Utensils

Also, do I make a separate Jewelry evaluation file or do insert the pics in this file only?

Also, what is Form BSF186, and do I need to fill it??

Thanks!

CBSA does not have a format, it just wants that the list should contain items and their description. For electronics, make sure you list the model number and any number on the device so that it can be easily identified.

As regards jewellery, you will have to list it and induce photographs so that it can be identified.

You can use an excel sheet to if that is more convenient.

BSF186 is the Personal Effects Accounting Document for the goods accompanying.
