Liquid cash- Balance for canada

its urgent. i am in rush condition- please reply

my agent told me like i will have to show atleast 8-10 lakhs balance for liquid cash in form of (*bank account, *PF, *FD or any other form) for canada.
but i aint have any of above. so what can i do?
plz help.

Yes, actually i have all settings for my tuition fees and living expenses.
but have confusion about this bank balance only. what can i do?
