Linking MyCIC account to PR application

So I linked our application to My Account, but when I go to our main page all I see is "No data available" in the charts. Is there a mysterious button you guys are pressing?

Could that have something to do with the interview request?

Btw does it say interview needed on the MyCIC acc?

The annoying part is I can clearly see the officers notes that say the date and place of the wedding!! Looks like somebody fell asleep on the job, either that or the barcode scanners on the IMM 1344 form are out of whack.

It says Not Needed at this time, which is a lie because I got put in the interview queue , but to be fair they did say that "Not needed at this time" could just mean they have not picked the date for the interview.

Is there nothing you can do with linking the sponsor's account? Is that account not tied to any information in this process?

I tried to link using sponsor's account and didnt work. I just created another account using PA's info and it worked! So yea you cant use sponsor's account to link

You mean you created an account for the Sponsor, and in the information requested you input the PA's details? It seems there's a few ways to do this, I thought it should be the PA's MyCIC account?

That's exactly what I did after exhausted my 5 attempts using PA's account and it worked for me..

i have entered all our data..used sponsors name and email to log in and linked it to my husbands application information...but i dont see any information. it said that they found the matching application and all new messages will now be sent to this site but i dont see no information about our application.

It seems that it isn't updated as it clearly states that it means they don't need to interview you.

I would send a CSE about your wife's marital status ASAP bro.

There's no such button. I know that I linked it properly because it said that it found a match to an existing application.

HILARIOUSLY I've figured out what happened with my application, I linked it multiple times and couldn't figure it out.

I checked my GCMS notes and APPARENTLY CIC thinks my wife is "Single"

I put that in, put 2 for the number of people for the application, found the application instantly.

if you are the principal applicant then yes you can use the same account

On the application? I put Married.

During the linking process? Single

Why? Because when I was looking through my GCMS notes just to confirm my wife's passport expiry, I found out that on the GCMS notes it actually say Single for her under client details. Very odd though.
