Link to Apply for CSQ ?

hi guys,,
can somebody give me the link to download the forms from MIDI or(MICC) Quebec in order to fill them out?.
My wife and sponsor is a Canadian Citizen(from Quebec) and We just sent the complete package to Mississauga(outland) so,We just want to fill the forms and have everything ready for when when receive the authorization from CIC to send the forms to QUebec...

If u dont have ur CSQ, When did you apply?

CSQ is applied once you have your Sponsorship Approval. Once CIC has made Sponsorship Approval, they send you a letter and if you are going to be establishing in Québec, they will advice in the letter to apply for the CSQ. The question in the form is in case you have had some other reason to apply for CSQ previously and in case you already have it.

That one annoyed me, when I filled it out, it wouldn't let me say no. So I had to put in the date I mailed out the packet or I wouldn't get a bar code. it was weird.

i just wrote no,,thats the answer everyone on this forum writes when applying for quebec

leave it blank,,as soon as they see that you are applying from QUEBEC(sponsor) they know you cant request it until they ask you to.

ah ok,,your app was sent in july to ottawa? and no word so far' thats weird,,most apps(from usa) dont taken that long...

some people 2 weeks,,,some 28 days,,but for sure less than a month...
