My American husband and I (Canadian) have applied for his PR. We are expecting a baby in January. I am worried that we could receive approval to move before we have time to apply for proof of this baby's Canadian Citizenship and apply and receive the passport. Can a limited validity passport be used for the purpose of immigration?
