LICO in Quebec?

Hello all
I'd like to invite my children's paternal grandmother from Jamaica to visit. What is the LICO in Québec? I'm not understanding the total amount needed. We are a family of 4 if that helps.
Also, since I am not actually her child, I'm guessing we cannot apply for the super visa, correct?

Correct - super visa isn't possible. She will need to apply for a regular visitor visa.
