I want to sponsor my parents and rules are to match last three years LICO numbers.

can anyone please tell me what is the LICO numbers for 2016 and 2017? I would be responsible for 6 people.

If you want to sponsor your parents in 2017 - you need to meet LICO in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

What does it mean by "Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) figures, plus 30 per cent."?

I don't have any income in 2015 so will have to show my income $75,174 or more for 2016, 2017 and 2018 so I can apply in 2020?

Yes - that's right. The earliest you'll be able to apply is 2020.
