Letter to Nova Scotia

Hi,

After my diploma I have 1 year gap before I took admission to Graduation. In that 1 year I did 6 months Computer Course and 6 months preparation for BCA. I have the Certificate for Computer Course also. As it was not mentioded in the Checklist I have not done it. But now I am thinking it should have been there.

I have not attached any letter for the same. I just sent my application on 25th June and it reached on 2nd July. I wanted to know if it was required at this stage and if yes then can I scan the letter and email to them will it work.

If yes, what is the email id.

when i received my AOR through email from CIO, Sydney, it had the following sentences at the end.

This e-mail address is solely for the purpose of communicating to clients and/or their representative’s further instructions regarding their application. This e-mail box is not being monitored. Any future communication/queries to this e-mail address will therefore not be answered.

which means they don't respond if you send them an email. also, they have mentioned they dont monitor this email inbox. so its useless emailing them any emails and scan of documents. dont worry and wait for them to respond. at CIO they most probably decide your eligibility by looking at your experience. if there is anything you want to change or add to your forms, you can do so at the time of submitting your full application to your local visa office (i.e. once you have received a positive response from CIO). relax and chill.

Yes in Checklist it was not listed that education gaps need proofs. I hope it should be while sending the documents.

But I read on Forum for one person as he was rejected because of this.

So I confirmed.

I read the case of "bobine".

Accordingly I am thinking. Please tell this rejection was at initial step or while sending the documents.

Also for my son's passport I have written 'Need to Apply'. Can this creates problem.

Currently I am in the process of applying his passport. Should I send them letter at this time.

method of payments.

Hi, i sent my application on june 8th but as a method of payment i sent some traveller's cheques,are they going to be sent back to me?
or will cio take it?
anybody has an idea?

Note: If you are a federal skilled worker applicant, no matter where you are applying from, you must pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.” Payment must be in Canadian funds only. Do not enclose cash. You must send payment to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. See the application guide for more details.

Now i think they might send back ur package or ask you to send another draft , application as such will not be rejected , it will be deemed incomplete as fees was not paid by a proper mechanism.
You might be asked to send it again.
