Those 2 lines appeared on the same time. What does the second line mean? Did anybody get this message before?

It means the they have sent the new mini RQ form CIT00520 I believe was the form number. They have sent a letter to you via snail mail requesting additional documents check your mail once you get it , it should have details on what they require.

It can be anything from finger print request or RQ to simply requesting documention for name change or something of that nature

Guess you'll have to wait until the letter arrives to know

I agree. This is a general response whenever CIC requests additional information (docs, finger prints etc..) or just to let you know that your case is the RQ queue waiting to be processed.

I have observed that people who have got big RQ, they don't get the following update on e-cas
