letter of reference

Hi,

my previous employer is not ready to give the refference letter can i write the affidavit and include my offer letter,experience letter and releaving letter with payslips. Do i need to notarize all of them? if yes can i send the print outs for the same or do i need to send originals

You can get a reference letter from any of your colleagues. This letter must list your duties and their official contact information with their designation. You can then attach this letter with rest of your documents.

Actually people who worked with me also left the company long back and i have no clue where they are now

May be u can submit experience certificate. In Canada we have only offer letter and no other letter will be issued from previous employer.
