I drafted the following invitation letter for my wife. The purpose is to invite her to Canada so we can have our honeymoon. We are applying for multi-entry visa so she can visit me in the future. Please note, i am currently working in China, and I will returning to Canada by end of 2013. She has a job in China.

My name is XX XXX, born in XX XX, 19XX. My residence address is XXXXXXXXXXXX, Burnaby, BC, Canada, and my current phone number 139xxxxxxxx. I became a Canadian permanent resident in April 2011 and the copy of my permanent resident card is attached. I am currently working for XXXX(a Canadian firm) as a project engineer on a two years project in China, and my annual compensation is XXXXCND. My assignment in China ends in 2013 and I will return to Canada by end of 2013. I would like to invite my wife, XX XXX (Born XX XX, 19XX, Passport GXXXXXXX, home address: XXXX, Unit 2, Building 2, XXXXX East, XXXXXXX District, Beijing, China) to Canada where we will have our honeymoon in June of 2013. We will spend two weeks in Vancouver, and two weeks in Montreal. We will be staying in my home (address above) in Vancouver, and in a hotel in Montreal. I will be paying for this entire trip and any costs incurred by her during her visit. She will be returning to China on July 5th, 2013 as planned. The purpose of the multi-entry visa is so she can visit me in the future while she continues to work in China.
