My student visa got rejected and following reasons are metioned in letter
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

· Based on your language abilities, I am not satisfied that you would be able to handle a course load with English as medium of instruction and pursue your proposed studies in Canada. Application refused under R216(1).
I want to reapply .. please help me

Plenty of reasons are there in your application to refuse. Your ielts, your course of study and degree progression.

I don’t know what you major in graduation. I reckon if it’s bed or bcom or bsc then go for med,mcom,msc in similar field. When you apply next time try not to add all of these unnecessary docs Ca reports and property evaluation.

on 14 August.. My profile, i have done my senior secondary in 2015 with arts and humanities and after that i have gap of 2 years 16-17 and in 2018 i passed out 1 year iti diploma in carpenter trade.. my band score is 6.5 overall not less than 6. i was working with agent and i applied offline in non sds. i went for genral arts and science course in sault college ,Ontario..i did everything like whatever my agent said to me ,i mean all the required documents, i provided him. i read sop but he had not justified my gap..
I'm totally confused and what if i apply again with gap justification it will be negative?

No , I am going to reapply it soon and it will be my third time

as one of the refusal reason is the language, you could take a new IELTS exam an try to get a better score, or the other thing you can do is to get a acceptance letter for any English school of from the same college or university that you plan to study for at least six month. with this you can prove that you just want to come to study and improve your language skills, once here you can do a pathway with many college to study what you really want. Not just reapply if your conditions or your proves haven't changed.

webform. if u have ur gc eey and password u can do it yourself but its of no use, they will never re-consider unless u re-apply.

Dear Authority,

First of all, thank you for putting your time to review my case.

This letter is about the re-application of my TRV. My preceding application was rejected with a couple of grounds. Anybody tell me to resubmit my application using a skilled lawyer. But I think my grounds for rejection are not complicated and they are because of my fault to represent incomplete documents. So, first I ordered GCMS note and it takes about 40 days to receive. I perused the officer note to resolve the weak points of my case and boost my strong points of it.

Please let me explain the reasons that were stated in the refusal letter and GCMS note, which are as follows:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

Justification:

We are a family of four. My father is working in the south of Iran very far from Tehran (the city of me and my mother’s residence). He comes back home every 2-3 months. Also my sister is living in Germany. My mother is about 57 and she is very dependent on me to do her own thing and housework.

Also in 2008, when I was a student in India, I bought an only 2 weeks German Shepherd dog. I called him Samuel. He is one of my closest friends from that time up to now. In 2012 Samuel courted another dog as a result of which they bred and I had 4 beautiful puppies. I gave 3 of them to responsible animal-loving people as I was truly concerned about their fate. I kept one of them called Oberon.

In 2015, I came back to Iran and unlike many people, I, an undertaking student, covered all their expenses to register them an application for their exit permit from Bangalore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Tehran-Iran. I spent 30 hours in Mumbai airport only to be able to accompany them during the flight.

Unfortunately about 9 months ago, Samuel got cancer and he is under medical treatment. Because of his painful life, our hearts ache in sadness, and our tears are flowing. (I have enclosed their pictures, medical record, exit permit proof). Because of the economic situation in Iran, governors have banned the import of pet food drugs. So many vets and specialist offer me to stop treatment of my lovely Samuel. But he is a member of our family and I pursue his treatment personally even though the cost is high.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Justification:

This time I enclosed a hotel reservation receipt, official plane ticket reservation and a full itinerary for my stay. Also, I represent some occupation ties including paystub, Social Security Insurance history, Employment document, leave of absence letter (attached in the purpose of travel section).

I hope the above points as well as new attached document meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I would love to have this Christmas in Canada after losing the beautiful summer of Canada.

All the details furnished by me and all the documents attached to my applications are true and correct. For any further clarification, please reach out to me on the below details and I would be happy to address your concerns.
