No need to notarize, because that letter is not legally binding in any way. Just get your brother to write his name, email, phone and work #, and address.

If you need any tips on what to submit, sample letters, or anything, let me know. My wife joked with me after she landed in Vancouver, that the border officer didn't ask her much questions, and just let her through quickly. She said "Maybe it's because I'm cute and have chubby cheeks!" :D. I've always thought visitors arriving in Canada are grilled relentlessly at the border, but I guess I watch too much Border Security.

prayerwarrior I have to say, I'm extremely intrigued by your strong faith in not just this TRV you're applying for, but also in life in general. Are you a religious man or something? Sorry to go off topic, but I have to say, I really admire your ability to be optimistic. You even bought non refundable tickets for your TRV!
8) lol, thanks bro.
I'm glad my optimism has played the part of a witness.
However, truth be told, as I've written in one of my past posts, I've seen too many impossibilities made possible in my day to not be an optimist and hold on to faith. And I'm talking about major shifts and opportunities that were seen as being impossible, but faith made mountains crumble to an heap. I guess you could call me a "religious man". I'm a Christian. I'm also a motivational speaker who has been through a lot personally, but rose up out of it all.

Buying those non refundable tickets was truly an act of faith, we made sure that we bought tickets that were "non" refundable ;) . That's pushing our faith to the limits.

I have to say if you do get the TRV inspite of your background, I will be a believer :D
If you mean this comment, I will believe even harder to ensure that I receive this TRV and after my wife, you will be the first to know ;). Nothing is impossible MikeyMyke. "It's always impossible until it's done," says Nelson Mandela.
