Letter of employment

I need to submit a spouse sponsorship they are asking me letter of employment what should include in this letter do they want original or I can print it from attached email as my company head office will most probably email or scan it?

i dont' think so, i had the same thing as you ... a pdf of the signed letter emailed to me from my HR, which i printed out and submitted.
