I am almost done with my degree, as my thesis is under review. I am very likely to be done next week. Can I get myself into the EE pool and choose completion of my Masters at the moment？ Because I think by the time I am invited, I will already get my letter of completion. But does this action put me in a risk because I still haven't done with my degree now?
If I update my information later, would it matter if I lied about my degree now?
