letter missing

hello sir,

Dear sir/madam i applied permanant residence visa in canada (business visa) on 28 october 2008.Now my file transferred in England.

when i enquiry from england about my status of visa they told me they send us a letter on 19.03.14 which i not received so plz tell me what i have to do to get a letter again or give me advise for further action . And how much time required more for decision.

simply reply to them that you did not receive this letter that they sent so they should advice you.
