You need to think again, why don't you think the other way, if we are taking jobs from you , why do they let us come in? Why don't you ask this to Canadian Immigration
why do we pay four times the tuition fee than what you pay?. Do you really think you are more intelligent than CIC's top embers who decide everything? You can't even dream to think in the prospective they think, they look at all factors like economy, how many people they can afford etc etc. So stop thinking what people used to think 10 years ago. This is 2015, we are here legally so you can't question about anything. I am just assuming, but there are many Canadian kids like you, whose parents came to Canada as an immigrant , took somebody's job to grow them up ( just in context to what you said). This is a system, and you would have to live in it. Do not worry they are accepting more applications, there are more jobs available, good luck all immigrants.
To respond to your points. ..

1. Why do they let you come in if you take jobs.- Well now they are making it harder for you to stay so maybe (that the complaint in this thread) there must be a reason. The fact the its not harder for people who get lmia is pretty clear it has to do with not taking jobs from canada.

2. Why do you pay more tuition - because your parents did not pay taxes all their life in canada to help cover the cost of education in canada.

3. Never said i was more intelligent than anyone. - Although the fact that you are trying to attact my intelligence (when you don't know anything about me) as part of your argument rather than actually looking at facts logically makes me question your intelligence.

4. As for how my grandparents got here. -they immigrated based on the rules of immigration at that time. The rules will always be changing. They will change based on what is best for Canada at that time. Rules are changing again. And clearly they have considered how allowing PR to people who will take jobs away from Canadians a strong part of this change or they would not give such high points to LMIA.

As someone else said Canada wants population growth but we need the right kind. It also has to be at the right pace. The fact that CIC is so backlogged is a good indication that many people want to live here. So why shouldn't immigration decided to only take the best of the best or people who won't take jobs from Canadians. This new system also makes it easier for company's to get LMIA when they ligitimately have a hard time filling a position. I don't think you need to be a genius to see all this and that these changes are positive.

I agree to what you have said about going back after graduation. But why would one go back if there is opportunity available to make future.

It is their rules and you agreed to it!
Both the government and candidates are obliged to follow this rule. If gov itself doesn't want the rule to be forced and opens opportunity after graduation then how come people would leave if there is legal reason for them to stay. But they are happy with what graduates have been doing. They could simply reject PGWP applications by giving out the reason that you are obliged to follow the rule of leaving after graduation.
I would not complain if they close all the doors and ask to leave.

This opportunity is being opened by the government itself in the shape of 3 years PGWP. They themselves want graduates to stay here, gain experience and then get PR through CEC (again CEC is their own creation) route. Nobody forced them to start these programs.

Exactly! Which means you just have to follow the steps for CEC in EE and wait for your ITA
I have already like others followed the steps for CEC in EE and have been waiting for ITA but your comments looks irrelevant to the portion you copied from my previous post.

I recently graduated from a top university in Canada and currently a PGWP holder. This whole argument about foreigners stealing jobs from Canadians is nonsense. One question though.....who are hiring theses qualified foreign students? Yes......Canadians! While at university I have had really good part-time jobs and full time jobs in the summer, everyone of them I applied, got call for an interview and yes was hired by a Canadian. I once had a group orientation type interview, was the only foreigner there and got the job over everyone else. I currently have 2 government jobs, one full time and the other part-time. I have lived here long enough to know that the average Canadian does not value education or go to university.

International students make up a high percent of the educated Canadian work force. I do agree as well that universities will take a big financial hit if international students, are "shunned" from PR programs in Canada. The government I think is being a bit myopic, if they want Canada to compete they need to be able to attract the best and brightest. All this granting PR status to cooks, cleaners and other low skill persons need to stop that way there will be jobs for Canadians.

I completely agree with you, people like us even started a petition:
