they won't ask for any form. it's just simple account sign up.

After sigup i tried to link up and after add details related to my application i found my application and after they request to fill representative form .

Any news from Applicants after May 20th? its 6 weeks already and no update after medical passed. What should we do?

i got a passport request letter in myCIC .. but the final decision is :
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

what does this mean ?? approved or rejected ???
Btw, i applied on 22 May ..

I think it approved. Can you plz share whether you received any mail today and method of application (online or offline)

Approved !!!
You wont get passport request if its denied.

yes, i got an email says : there is an update in your CIC ... log in to check it out ..
i logged in and got the pdf file (PR letter)..
i applied online ..
hope to hear good news soon .. thanks
