After sigup i tried to link up and after add details related to my application i found my application and after they request to fill representative form .

what does this mean ?? approved or rejected ???

yes, i got an email says : there is an update in your CIC ... log in to check it out ..
i logged in and got the pdf file (PR letter)..
i applied online ..
