Hi Toronto23. Does your ecas change to medical received already? My dependant are done with their medical last aug 7 and the clinic forwarded the result last aug 10 for my kids and aug 13 for my husband but my ecas haven't change yet.

Hi hindi din nagchange yung ecas ko but then tinawagan ko ang cic they said na nareceived n nila ang medical ng dependant ko if you please ano ang timeline mo

Toronto23 tumawag ako sa CIC to ask sana Kung natanggap na nla ung medicAl results nang family ko pero sabi Nung agent wala sya masabi about that kc ung visa officer daw ang nakaka alam. I sent my application for owp and pr march 30, 2014, CIC received applications April 2, 2014, owp received July 4, 2014, received AIP and medical forms July 23, 2014, medical result forwarde to CIC august 10, 2014 , additional documents sent august 8, 2014. For now waiting mode ulit

Thanks strawberry28..i am the lc1
but i am not sure if i will still put my name on my husbands generic form..
And my son is only 5 years old so do i need to make 1 for him but no dependant coz his still minor right?..

Hi! The 3 in 1 kit is for the Lc2 only. I am the LC2, in the generic form I became the principal applicant/spouse. Are you saying about the 2nd page, if you will still include your name? My husband did not include his name, only me and our kids since he already submitted all his papers upon his application. He filled up the forms online for each of us and signed on our behalf, me and my kids ( 2 minors and our eldest 18 y/o). By the way... the second page do not ask for dependants, if i remember right it is about all those included with the application, so your spouse and kid/s must be written not including the Lc1. Other forms are not required for minors. I hope this helps you...
