Hi! I have a question, is there a case here that the father of your child does not want to sign the custody papers? You are not married to the father and that you have no intention of including him in your PR application. A friend of mine consulted a lawyer in the Philippines but is just way too expensive, they're charging 120kphp - just atty fee. Any advice please.... Thanks!

Hi Poodle 8. I think a good lawyer would know best how to handle this. I have a friend in similar situation.

Just an update interview letter recieved today schedule May 21 No passport request yet ! ...god is so good keep praying who waits for others soon will be next god bless us

I have a friend who didn't submit a custody paper instead she just submitted an explanation letter saying that her child is illegitimate and under philippine law the full parental custody is to the mother.she included also an administrative order from dswd (must be certified true copy) stating that if the child travel with the mother she doesnt need to get an signature from the father.
