Hi! just file restoration of your work permit and wait for your passport to renew.. it's ok your allowed to work with your employer for 90days.. but pag lagpas ka na sa processing time ng work permit you should call CIC for follow up.. basta willing ang employer mo to submit contract and letter from your employer stating about your work, and you still work with them..in my experience before my work permit and TRV expired for 2months. after 3months I received my work permit, then after my work permit I processed my TRV online.. finally I am eligible to submit my PR\OP..

Hi Guys,

I need an immediate help. I paid some money to a consultant for job in canada.

He said the process was started in sep.2014 like advertisement, LMO application etc...

Waiting since sep.2014 and still no LMO results like positive or negative.

I have not signed any contract or employment offer letter with my employer. I haven't spoken or had any interview with my employer.

This consultancy also not given any proof of LMO application or any other proof showing the process is on track.

Whenever I call or meet the consultancy guy he says " everything on track and you will get LMO within a week" but nothing happened still now.

Almost waiting for 7 months and now i got a doubt wheaher he really started the process or simply lying to me.

How to identify LMO process is started and my application, employer are really genuine?

Please help me on this issue?

No update yet after I submitted the additional documents CIC required for my son who recently turned 18 y/o.

Haaaaayyyy... still praying for the approval to come very soon then everything follows.

I called cic sabi nila verification of documents done and they advised me to call next month...sana nga maPR na rin tau ...

Syanga pala affected ba mga live in caregivers sa 4in 4out na nasa news???

Yes they are included, if within 4 years, they have not completed the Eligibility Requirements for PR. But if you have completed the PR requirements, submitted and that your PR is on process and you get your First Stage Approval then you are fine That's what the Immigration Lawyer told me. I guess somehow he is correct Kasi 6 years na ako dito ANd 4 YEARS waiting for my PR

That was also in my thought after I've read the news about the caregivers required to leave canada this april. My husband is on his 4th year this Sept.

what does it mean within 4 years? Di ba matagal na talagang required na kelangan within 4 yrs makacomplte ang mga caregivers ng 2 yrs of employment? Or does it mean na kelangan within 4 yrs completed na at may PR approval if no approval within 4 yrs pauuwiin na?

Hi! I have a question, is there a case here that the father of your child does not want to sign the custody papers? You are not married to the father and that you have no intention of including him in your PR application. A friend of mine consulted a lawyer in the Philippines but is just way too expensive, they're charging 120kphp - just atty fee. Any advice please.... Thanks!

We did our medicals June also, OMG! Hoping ours will not come after yours, i'm praying to receive the approval/PPR next. :'( : :-X

Anyway, not good news though, just consider it an update and they are working on your papers, that is the positive side of it.
