Mostly those from 2011 and 2012 applicants. Some are still waiting until now for an update after reassessment. Sana nga hindi yan strategy lang nila para humaba processing kz gahol sila sa oras pr ma meet ang deadline ng expiry ng medical.

Hi Guys,

I need an immediate help. I paid some money to a consultant for job in canada.

He said the process was started in sep.2014 like advertisement, LMO application etc...

Waiting since sep.2014 and still no LMO results like positive or negative.

I have not signed any contract or employment offer letter with my employer. I haven't spoken or had any interview with my employer.

This consultancy also not given any proof of LMO application or any other proof showing the process is on track.

Whenever I call or meet the consultancy guy he says " everything on track and you will get LMO within a week" but nothing happened still now.

Almost waiting for 7 months and now i got a doubt wheaher he really started the process or simply lying to me.

How to identify LMO process is started and my application, employer are really genuine?

Please help me on this issue?

Hi, I hope you were not ripped off! It sounds like you might have given your money to a scammer. You should check the "better business bureau of canada". They can tell you if the business you are dealing with is legitimate or not. Sorry I don't know anything else that could help you. Good luck!

ARe you applying as Caregiver? One of the requirements in applying an LMO is a contract signed by you and your employer. There's should be a contract or at least you may have spoken to an employer at least. If ESDC will refused your application they will also send your agent a Negative LMO notice. Either your are approved or not you will get correspondence from ESDC. 7 months is too long already in getting a decision. I'm afraid you got scam with this agent.

what does it mean within 4 years? Di ba matagal na talagang required na kelangan within 4 yrs makacomplte ang mga caregivers ng 2 yrs of employment? Or does it mean na kelangan within 4 yrs completed na at may PR approval if no approval within 4 yrs pauuwiin na?

That 4 years rule was started last April 2011. LCP is included also. It applies to those mga Caregivers na papalit palit ng employer tapos hindi sila makabuo ng 2 years or 3900 hours PR Eligibility requirements ay mapapauwi din daw sila. That's what tme Immig Lawyer told me.

My LC2 has medical re-assessed last Feb 3, 2015 and CPC Veg received on the 10th of Feb. Since then there's no update yet. My friend who is Feb 2010 applicant, her husband got 2 re-assessment already. Frustration is the word indeed. I tried calling today and the agent told me, my husband paper is back to Criminal check-up again. Yes another background check. That is so ridiculous! I'm in limbo for over 4 years now. Haaayyyy buhhaaayyy kailan kaya ako mabubuntis nito. Matanda na ako. hahahaha!

sunod ka na strawberry kc ung opismate ko last week din sya ng june2014 medical kareresib lang din nya approval n ppr last week...
