Margaux, i also didn't get an istruction and a medical form with my AIP, the email only said CIC will email it to me or to my dependant but if they don't, i should follow the instruction on their website regarding medical requirements and procedures. I was gonna call this monday about it but then they emailed it the following day i got the AIP email. Try checking you bulk mail, their email doesn't always go straight to the inbox.

hi jacky0025? Did u get a medical form in your 3 in 1 kit? if not, what did your husband bring to the medical exam? I didnt get a medical form nor an instruction to download one, just have an instruction that says medical should be done before submitting the documents.

try to call cic margaux and tell them you received the checklist and aip but not the medical form...in that medical instruction letter, the uco for your husband is written...c",)

hi guys! i am august 2013 applicant and received an email from cic yesterday and this is the message "As part of this application process, you are required to provide a set of your fingerprints".meron po po ba sa inyo na hiningian din ng ganito? pakishare naman po kung anong ginawa nyo, salamat!

too late reply anyway as to this moment, are you done with finger printing already? If not... well I am not an expert here, but hubby told me that he had his fingerprints submitted upon OWP/PR application via police clearance which he acquired in Canada. By the way, may I ask, do you have dependents Jeebrel?

Hi! I submitted my police clearance from canada together with my op/pr application. Maybe they just want a new one. I have dependents but they are non accompanying( my son is a canadian by birth and my husband applied for pr separately). Goodluck to all 2013 applicants atleast we know that they are giving attention to our applications!!!! ;D

Thanks... at least I know CIC may really have a second request and true, it makes my hopes high that the second half of 2013 married applicants won't be neglected though we are not the same case, but hoping you get yours the soonest also. My hubby is a September '13 applicant... I don't see any one from June and onwards posted their updates yet (except for the singles), or the least just make comments. I can feel that until May married applicants will receive more very good news already but hoping this thread will stay active because it helps a lot... so if there's anyone in the house from June onwards, maybe its time for us to be felt already, right?

Did you mean that you got a separate email for the medical form? The letter I received was the link for the form to be filled up, payment for pr, and medical instruction ("All your dependant family members whether accompanying or not must undergo examinations before you submit the required documents. Instruction can be found on our website at ...").

I received 2 separate emails. one email has 2 attachments(aip and additional form checklist for dependant/s) and the other email is for medical request. the 2nd email is for my husband as it says Dear (husband's name) and it bears his own UCI. the application no. is the same...Our dependant's uci no. is different from ours. attached to his medical request email is the medical request form with his name, uci and application no. with a barcode...c",)
