Another may 2013 applicant here, i received an email yesterday for AIP and medical instruction today for my common law partner in the philippines! the email also provided a checklist of what my dependant needs to submit. Includes our right of permanent residency fee, some cic forms and nbi nso papers. i'm in BC.

hi jacky0025? Did u get a medical form in your 3 in 1 kit? if not, what did your husband bring to the medical exam? I didnt get a medical form nor an instruction to download one, just have an instruction that says medical should be done before submitting the documents.
