Use this online form to upload the PDF receipt you received. First fill in your UCI, address, phone etc. Scan and upload it to the CSE.

(a) For those who want to travel after receiving their PGWP. Processing fee is $100 (the required docs for application include; passport copy, face/head
photograph, IMM5257E form, and a copy of your PGWP). Please be aware that your PGWP doesn't give you the right to return to Canada. You need a new TRV that

Use this online form to upload the PDF receipt you received. First fill in your UCI, address, phone etc. Scan and upload it to the CSE.
Also, type a short precise message (in the message box) indicating your reasons. In that message don't forget to include your online
Application Number that begins with a W.
5. ** New TRV and eTA:
(a) For those who want to travel after receiving their PGWP. Processing fee is $100 (the required docs for application include; passport copy, face/head
photograph, IMM5257E form, and a copy of your PGWP). Please be aware that your PGWP doesn't give you the right to return to Canada. You need a new TRV that
you apply for as a worker NOT as a student. To get more information on applying for a new TRV from WITHIN Canada, please go to: https://www.google.com/search?q=apply+for+new+TRV+within+Canada&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=Apply+for+new+TRV+from+within+Canada.
(b) To find out if you are Visa Exempt, go to: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp. If you are,
then apply for the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta-start.asp. The fee is $7 (to be paid at the time of application).
6. If you've been refused a PGWP and have lost status, please learn more about restoration of your status at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/validity/restoration.asp and apply for both restoration of status and PGWP simultaneously.

Just to let you know that I got the work permit in my mail box on October 19. I am not going to be on this page anymore since I received my permit. Is there any international number of CIC at which I can call? I am out of Canada at the moment so cannot call CIC. Have sent enquiry as the processing time has exceeded but no response. Or will it work if I ask any friend in Canada to call and ask on my behalf? PLZ HELP!! It's really frustrating. (Just for info I applues on May 15th)
Also, my study permit and visa are valid till March 2016. Can I come back to Canada on that or are they not valid anymore as I have applied for PGWP?

If the study permit expired, but still waiting for the work permit,can we work full time? I called CIC twice, they told me "Yes".
My friend call CIC today and ask the same question, the agent said "No". Does anyone know the answer? Can we work full time if the study permit expired and still waiting for the work permit? Is there any act or document we could refer to?

Yes you can work on implied status while you wait for the PGWP unless you leave the country and come back. Then you will have to wait but if you stick around in Canada, you're good to go. I've been working full-time since graduation and went on implied at the end of July. I just couldn't leave for my vacation if I wanted to keep working and getting paid..
