Hi guys I am in a very crucial Situation.
I applied for my PGWP on 16th of May 2015 and paid only 155$ and there has been no updates for another 100$ fee.
on 12th of July I traveled to India for some urgent work and now I am stuck here because my study visa was valid only till 31st July 2015. Guys I need to get back to Canada and start earning asap.. Please help me find a solution to get there.. as PGWP is like taking ages... Waiting desperately for your reply..

3. If for whatever reason you email or call CIC (at 1-888-242‑2100), please feel free to share your findings in the forum.
4. If your individual processing time/day count exceeds the current CIC processing time of WP, please take the initiative to seek help from your Member of Parliament (MP) within your constituency (or residential area). Gather all evidence including your application number and let your MP know about your situation. To find your MP, use your current postal code via Parliament of Canada at: http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Compilations/HouseOfCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOC.
5. If you paid only $155 and never paid the extra $100 for all OWP holders, please visit these two sites to pay and upload the remaining balance (receipt):
a) Online Payment at: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en. Once you are there follow the instructions below:
Click continue below > Accept disclaimer > Immigration > Temporary residence > Open work permit holder fee > type 1 for number of
applications > Submit > Pay. You will be asked to register on the online payment system in case you are not.
b) Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) at: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.63908399.108801500.1431902909
Use this online form to upload the PDF receipt you received. First fill in your UCI, address, phone etc. Scan and upload it to the CSE.
Also, type a short precise message (in the message box) indicating your reasons. In that message don't forget to include your online
Application Number that begins with a W.
6. ** New TRV for those who want to travel after receiving their PGWP. Processing fee is $100 (the required docs for application include; passport copy, face/head photograph, IMM5257E form, and a copy of your PGWP). Please be aware that your PGWP doesn't give you the right to return to Canada. You need a new TRV that you apply for as a worker NOT as a student. To get more information on applying for a new TRV from WITHIN Canada, please go to: https://www.google.com/search?q=apply+for+new+TRV+within+Canada&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=Apply+for+new+TRV+from+within+Canada.
7. Unless its a family emergency, please make your travel plans carefully and wisely.
8. If you've been refused a PGWP and have lost status, please learn more about restoration of your status at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/validity/restoration.asp and apply for both restoration of status and PGWP simultaneously.

If your individual processing time/day count exceeds the current CIC processing time of WP, please take the initiative to seek help from your Member of Parliament (MP) within your constituency (or residential area). Gather all evidence including your application number and let your MP know about your situation. 5. If you paid only $155 and never paid the extra $100 for all OWP holders, please visit these two sites to pay and upload the remaining balance (receipt):
a) Online Payment at: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en. Once you are there follow the instructions below:
Click continue below > Accept disclaimer > Immigration > Temporary residence > Open work permit holder fee > type 1 for number of
applications > Submit > Pay. You will be asked to register on the online payment system in case you are not.
b) Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) at: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.63908399.108801500.1431902909
Use this online form to upload the PDF receipt you received. First fill in your UCI, address, phone etc. Scan and upload it to the CSE.
Also, type a short precise message (in the message box) indicating your reasons. In that message don't forget to include your online
Application Number that begins with a W.
6. ** New TRV for those who want to travel after receiving their PGWP. Processing fee is $100 (the required docs for application include; passport copy, face/head photograph, IMM5257E form, and a copy of your PGWP). Please be aware that your PGWP doesn't give you the right to return to Canada. You need a new TRV that you apply for as a worker NOT as a student. To get more information on applying for a new TRV from WITHIN Canada, please go to: https://www.google.com/search?q=apply+for+new+TRV+within+Canada&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=Apply+for+new+TRV+from+within+Canada.
7. Unless its a family emergency, please make your travel plans carefully and wisely.

Just calling CIC today and this is my experience.
I am requested to wait for 17 minutes ( but actually 10 min) to talk with the agent. He ask few security question ( like UCI, address, phone#). Then he told me to wait because the visa office's still doing process... He also confirms that I ALREADY PAID FOR THE EXTRA FEE OF $100 WHICH WAS MADE ON 21SEP. I think this is the most important info he gives me today. Actually, calling the agent WILL NOT SPEED UP THE PROCESSING TIME ; but to confirm your current status and TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE $100. Let's assume that we all submit all the proper documents, then the extra 100 dollar is now the only issue we have. If CIC have received that, we would be fine. The rest is waiting... Hope this will help

My PGWP application has been approved today. I am not get email notification, but myCIC online account said my application status is closed and the final decision is "This application has been approved".

I applied online May 12th , paid extra 100 through CSE on July 2. I still haven't heard anything back yet. Please add my timeline.
However, I have called CIC and the agent was very helpful and polite. She explained that when the extra fee is submitted through CSE , admin staff attach it to the application but the officers have no clue if it has been attached or not. In other words , the officers are not prompted to check the application so they check it back again after 1 to 2 months since they have last checked and move on with other applications.
She said she will send a note to prompt the officer that the 100 fee receipt is attached, and she said I should hear back within a week or 2 maximum.
My advice is to call CIC , explain that you are not complaining about the wait but rather want to confirm the 100 fee is received and that your case officer is prompted that it has been received.

When I submitted my 100$ receipt, I got an email confirmation a week later specifically stating that it has been attached to my application. This email has been recieved by some other members here also who paid 100$ though CSE. And it is over a month since I recieved that confirmation, still waitingNT2015 said:
