First of, i would like to thank Jubear for his immense help. Without him, i would have never gone for flagpoling.
I didn't apply online because after seeing all the replies here, i thought 100 days would be too much for me.
I arrived at the rainbow bridge at 9 am. Walked over the bridge to US customs and they gave me that white paper after 10 minutes of waiting. Walked back to Canadian customs. Talked with the Canadian custom officer and told him that i am here to convert my study permit to work permit and he gave that yellow paper to me and then sent me to the immigration counter. Went over to the counter and asked him about what documents he specifically needs and he asked for University's official letter, transcript and original letter of acceptance. Asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Paid my $255 fee and then he gave me the PGWP for 3 years. I made sure that my employer location is any and all the details are correct and then came out smiling. Total time taken ~ 45 minutes
I advise anyone who has a valid TRV, study permit and is within 90 days of University's confirmation letter to go for this route.
