Changed to in progress early February, requested for additional docs at 3 different time.

I am 23rd Sep-15 OID applicant. My file is in process 17th January 2016. Still now no news.

I do not know why they hold my application or Why they are taking to much time ? I sent a mail 4th April 16 and they told me everything is ok . they will inform me when it will happen.

7 months 15 days has gone.

Are there any persons like me waiting for a long time.

Yes , friend. I am 24 Sept applicant. And I am still waiting. I sent an email to sinp and they said the officer is working on my file and once the assessment is completed my status will change.

No news till now.

when you send a email to them. Do you have any idea why they are taking to much time for sep-OID-15 ?

Does anyone know about when the SINP Occupations-in-demand will open again in 2016?
Will it be the same procedure/forms or will there be any changes?
I want to keep everything ready for whenever they open again.

My SINP 25-Sep application is rejected with below reason:

Does not meet minimum 60 points. From the documents submitted, we can only allow 6 points for
work experience from within the last 5 years and and 3 points for work experience from within the
last 5 to 10 years.
Proof of Custody ‐ XXXXX
There are unresolved custody/divorce issues that will make you inadmissible to Canada at this time.


Although my Experience is, proper expierence letters already submitted:
First Company 2 years, 6 months, 3 days
Second company 1 year, 3 months, 26 days
Present 5 years, 11 months

But seems they have not added to my application.

For Divorce and Child custody - I have provided notarized Affidavit that Divorce is in progress and I don't have any child custody issues.

Mine is still in process. I do not know what is going on inside SINP. Now the present situation of SINP is totally different the previous SINP system. SO painfull.

Hi All,

My question is with NOC codes for SINP.

In my profile my NOC is 2171 but its also classified in 0231. My roles and responsibility also matches with 0231.

Hence, can i submit my EOI for SINP while my NOC code is 2171?

Oh very painful. I am Jan. 16 OID applicant. And In processed from only 25 days. How can I expect for Nomination. I am checking 3-4 times daily. Useless
