Don't worry, dude. It's for Jan 2016 applicants. Processing time for Sept 2015 will be the same old one.

Ah ok now I understand!! So the processing time is how long it will take to process 80% of applications that were received in that quarter shown: i.e. 7.2 months for the applications that were received up to the 30th September 2015.

So by early May they should have processed 80% of the September OID applications to be on target.

Guys, seriously nobody got any update for the files in process?

Somebody should have got any decision so far.

No clue what's going on with SINP.

A few days ago I asked for my status and they told me that everything was Ok and I had to wait. The problem is that we have almost 7 months since our app day and this is a worry situation. Have you written or called them?

Hey thanks for replying.
I had a talk with them last month. They said that everything is OK with the file. In case they want anything else they will contact me. And said the same that processing time is 7 months.

Hey one more question: In case SINP requests anything, do we get email from them under correspondences in the application? Or on our regular email addresses?

Yes, I received an email today from SINP.
Asking for missing documents.
They have asked me to provide updated banking information.

I guess I need to submit the recent transaction history and the bank balance. Am I correct?

Yes, you need to do so. Same thing happened with me a few weeks back.

Please make sure the statements are stamped and signed at the bank.

Yes, I received an email on 13th from SINP asking for missing documents and the status change to waiting on the applicant.

They have asked me to provide updated FD Details as it has got matured, Copy of the Settlement Plan, Additional Family Information Details.

I Submitted Today the recent FD Details History, Copy of the Settlement Plan, Additional Family Information Details On Their EMail Id: -immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

I sent the documents to the sinp today.
Do you know how long the status would be "waiting on the applicant"?

Mine changed back to "in process" in about 24hrs.

Hello Everybody,

After submitting the missing document, My Status change back from waiting on the applicant to InProcess and simultaneously my fund conversion is done on the same day i.e 14 March 2016. Now just waiting for further process.

Friends, My divorce is in Progress and Kid is with my wife from starting.

I mentioned the same in application, now I got query from SINP:

Custody Letter
If you have dependent children, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not, and the child’s other
parent is not accompanying you to Canada you must include:
‐ a letter from the other parent stating that they are aware of your intention to immigrate to Canada (with or without the
child/children) and that there are no outstanding custody or child support issues; OR
‐ proof of custody for the child/children under the age of majority and proof that you have legal authority to remove
the child/children from your home country (if applicable).


My Wife will not give me any letter as we even don't talk to each other and why she will help me, Please suggest how I can proceed.

it is mentioned in PNP CIC check lest, the language results is to be attached by cat C and D NOC.
however nothing mentioned for A and B cat NOC applicants. Does this mean that that there is no need to attach language results?
My language results are expiring in June.....kindly guide

Application Date: 24th September OID
NOC: 4011
In process: 25th January
Additional docs requested: 30th March (Schedule 4 & all transcripts)
Documents submitted: 2nd April
Back to in process again: 4th April
Currency conversion: 30th March
Nomination: 15th April

You have to submit a copy of IELTS whether it is C or D category. pls find the following instruction according to CIC at appendix-12 on Checklist book:
Proof of Language Proficiency
Since July 1,2012, most applicants to Provincial/Territorial Nominee classes in semi or low-skilled professions that fall under National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill level C and D are required to complete a language proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies:
• IELTS (General Training test only),
• CELPIP (General test only), and/or •TEF.
You must include a copy of your language test results with your application to CIC.

u can take help from a lawyar as well as u can send her a legal notice for settlement the issue of custody. Thanks.
