Hi,

I have applied in Sep 2015 intake without-job-offer Skill in Demand Category in SINP. Now, may i create my Express Profile without affecting my SINP application? or it is not allowed to have multiple applications?

if yes,

At the time of EE profile creation, it will ask which province i am interested for, can i select sask ?

yes, u can open an express entry profile. it will not be affect to OID September application. u can select the all provinces. because OID does not include with EE profile. even though u can select all provinces if u apply for sub category EE. no problem.

They had a clarification on 3rd nov. & i replied it at 12 Nov. may be 9 days delay due to my reason.

Thank you Suman Dass for the detailed answer and for updating about the new statistical report.
I have already created my EE profile. Based on this information, I think I should cancel my EE profile. Am I correct?

yes, you should be. but in the application inside there is another option about any previous application. that time you should be acknowledge that u applied the EE but present status is "withdraw" (If u do this). after submission of OID , u again can open an EE profile for future sub category EE application in SK.
