No, I got an NOI from Ontario and applied for that on the 23rd August 2019 and currently waiting for a response from them.

Per province the criterias are very different I would suggest that you work on improving your score by appearing for IELTS once again, since i have applied for OINP, I know they look for candidates with more that 400 CRS score in the EE pool to consider for a nomination.

I dont want to dishearten you, but it is a little tough with the score you have. I am sure you can give it one more shot, could you tell me whats your IELTS score like right now ?

7.5 in reading
6.5 in speaking

Your listening and reading is good. But you do need to improve your writing and speaking. It can immensely help boost your score.

According to the past express entry draws, the minimum score that they are picking is pretty high, its anywhere between 460-462. For NOIs, like Ontario, they are looking for candidates with more than 400 CRS score and they have their own rounds to give out NOIs. Hence, the reason i mentioned that you need to retake IELTS.
