to answer yours questions;
1. No I didn't. Since I didn't changed employer, I just counted my hours worked from the time I started my employment under live-in caregiver.
2. I have no idea about how the new child care pathway works but try looking at cic website and see if you qualify for the new pathway. If you are a live in caregiver, you should have 3900hours worked or 24 months before you apply for OWP&PR. If your work permit expires before you reach your 3900hours or 24months of employment, you should apply for extension of work permit 3 months before it expires.
According to the Immigration Social worker, make sure you have a valid(Not expired/renewed) work permit before you submit your OWP/PR application..
3. Yes, I enclosed my OWP/PR in one envelope and sent it to Vegreville,AB..
