-anyone have a time sheet and statement of earnings format for PR application?
-and yung sa checklist po regarding police clearance. we have valid NBI clearance for me and my spouse, okay na po ba un or kelangan ng police cert talaga?
-i have a canadian citizen child living with me here in canada, do i need to pay for her separate $150, and submit pictures as well or hndi na kasi citizen na sya?

Hi. I have a copy, actually binigay rin sa akin dito sa forum, just pm me your email address, i fwd ko yung sinend nya sa akin.

NBI yung ibibigay natin for PR application.

Re your child, no need to pay kasi citizen naman sya, but you have to include her sa application mo, including yung picture.

My toddler is a canadian citizen too, pero nasa Pilipinas.

When ka mag submit ng application mo?

Hi, in the open work permit application under the "details of intended work in canada numbers 2-6", can we leave it blank? I tried to put "not applicable" in those sections, but it won't validate, because it says i need to put the intended province and city.

Help anyone? Thank you!

Yes leave it blank. Nakasulat po yan sa guidelines kung pano fill up yung form. Check po the website

Oftentimes, those agents do not understand kung ano ang issue natin and most of the times, ang sagot nila ay malayo sa tanong ... Also, they don't process the papers and the answers they usually give us are the safest ones. The agent you spoke with probably viewed things in general kaya sabi nya do not leave it blank. Follow the website mas accurate sila. Example, pag wala kang name sa passpor, nakasulat sa website na leave it blank and do not write n/a or not applicable. Also, this is what my friend told me din, Kaka-grant lang ng PR nya. For lcp applicants understood na nila yun na part na ng pr application ang pag aapply ng open permit kaya you can leave it blank. Just my two cents . As for me, kakapasa ko lang last week and I left it blank. If you are in doubt, print that page from the cic and attach it. That's what I did pero tungkol naman dun sa new fee na $100, I did not pay, rather nag print ako ng copy as a proof that I do not need to pay the open permit holders fee dahil exempted ang mga under LCP.

I paid my application for open work permit and pr app online.. and i printed the official receipt with only one page with the barcodes. when i read the guide, i found out i have to print the COPY 2.. i did not find the copy 2 on my receipt. ano po un?
