length of PGWP after PhD

I recently received a PGWP which will expire in 1 year and 10 months. I completed my PhD which lasted about 6 years. My passport isn't expiring as well. Is there any way I could confirm why I have got this short PGWP? My Biometric is expiring by the end of 2026 but PGWP is valid till January 10, 2026. Shouldn't the length be three years? Is there any way I can inquire about it from IRCC

It should be 3years, you can raise webform or apply for extension. Not sure how that happened
