For those who may follow this thread... I have finally got a letter drafted by a lawyer explaining my court documents and that I'm legallu seperated since April 2021 (which means my divorce case is ongoing since then) and trying to build my future in Canada for me and my daughter, and we sent it to IRCC yesterday.
I have responded to the mail recieved and as well as updated the webform and now we wait for their response.

Post this I again got just an acknowledgement from the IRCC agent that we have recieved your documentation regarding your ongoing divorce case and we are waiting for the divorce decree to proceed further.
Meanwhile I had an BCPNP inquiry and I recieved an acknowledgement from the BCPNP office that they support my Nomination.
I had also filed for a BOWP which was applied on Oct 04, 2024 and I recieved approval on Jan 21, 2025
So I added these 2 documents along with details of my daughter studying in UofA with Scholarship (which is prestigious) and again I added the family court counsellors repost that stated that reconciliation was not possible.
And again I wrote to the IRCC agent...
1. I wrote saying that please consider my application as legally seperated
2. I requested the MP's office to help me forward it to the IRCC (they were updated about my case since April 2024, and knowing it is a genuine case they obliged)
And today on response to the above email I have recieved a request for IMM5669 background declaration form me and my daughter.
