hello there..

My concern is..My girlfriend is in Las Vegas now and she is married in our country (Philippines) w/ other guy for 3 yrs. and we are planning to marry in Las Vegas at the end of the year..Her status in US is still single it is okay for her status to marry again knowing that she's already married in our country?..i am now in canada as a foreign worker..

pls help us..thx..

Sure. It is perfectly fine if she wants to be a bigamist and a criminal.

Bigamy is a crime in the US and Canada. See section 293 of the Canadian criminal code.

If you marry her and try to bring her to Canada and she is married to someone else and you try to hide that fact from immigration, both of you are committing a crime.
